Aseania Medical Centre & Health Park are developed by Aseania and designed by US-based Sweetland & Associates and have a special department catering strictly to women and children, the first in the Penang State.

This RM 250 million Ringgit (US Dollar 65.78 million) Medical centre will also have a cardiology centre, opthalmology centre and an outpatient department. There will be 400 beds available, 15% of the hospital beds will be for poor patients and a hotel nearby for better interacton between patients and their love ones.
